pizza again

because we ate too much of pretzel.
pizza didn't taste good as usual...

still it was good.
half kale & fontina, half tomato,mashroom, basil,mozzarella.

pretzel

It was very simple recipe.
ingredients : flour,water,yeast,sugar,salt that's it !
came out fantastic !

just like the one from good pretzel store.
It was so good. I'll make it again very soon.

cookie tray

cookies for thanksgiving party.
there are 3 kind.

a: pumpkin chocolate chip
b: chocolate crinkle
c: ginger cookies

color doesn't look pretty, but they all pretty festive !

pumpkin pie

part of thanks giving menu.
all butter crust & pumpkin filling.
we had it with whipped cream.
it was gooooood.

samosas

I used phillo. they were baked in the oven.
not deep fly yet rich enough.

homemade pita

super soft & tasty.easy to make, too.
you don't want go back to dry hard one.

pumpkin frosting

look at deference between lighter color & dark one.
both are pumpkin frosting.

I am trying to make very pumpkin-ish frosting.
darker one is definitely closer to the one I want to make.

rich pumpkin flavor, but bit too loose. and need little more creaminess.

I'll keep trying to find out perfect consistency.

pizza is ready

other half is tomato sauce, mozzarella ,sardine , dill.

pizza dough

tonight dinner is pizza !
I like making pizza dough.
If I get left over, I use them as doughnuts.
or wrap sausage & make sausage roll.

mainly ended up doughnuts.
actuary, doughnuts hole.
we like hole more than doughnuts...

but tonight, I am going to use dough for only pizza.

sour cream berry scone

I never used sour cream for scone.
because I didn't have cream or butter milk or etc...
but it came out good.

I added dried very mix, tangerine zest, topped with tangerine icing.
tangerine is way milder than I thought.
I had only tangerine, so I used tangerine.
maybe orange is better for scone.

chocolate pumkin cupcakes

I wanted make pumpkin-y icing using canned pumpkin.
but I didn't drain pumpkin, so icing ended up very runny...

there is pumpkin in the cake, too.
taste good, but doesn't taste so much pumpkin.
provably chocolate is too strong to mix with pumpkin.
I can taste hint of pumpkin, texture is...slightly pumpkin-ish.

but I don't see chocolate batter with pumpkin+pumpkin icing combination of cupcakes so much.
so I would like to figure out how to make perfect pumpkin icing.

Does anyone know good pumpkin icing recipe ?

spider cookies

I have never seen spider cookie cutter before.
maybe I just haven't paid tension...

anyway, I just wanted use this shape.
