I wanted make pumpkin-y icing using canned pumpkin.
but I didn't drain pumpkin, so icing ended up very runny...
there is pumpkin in the cake, too.
taste good, but doesn't taste so much pumpkin.
provably chocolate is too strong to mix with pumpkin.
I can taste hint of pumpkin, texture is...slightly pumpkin-ish.
but I don't see chocolate batter with pumpkin+pumpkin icing combination of cupcakes so much.
so I would like to figure out how to make perfect pumpkin icing.
Does anyone know good pumpkin icing recipe ?
